Project Manager/Technical Writer - Colorado Springs, CO and Brookfield, WI
Candidates need both project management and technical writing backgrounds. Our project managers plan, execute and finalize projects according to specific schedules and budgets. They coordinate the efforts of team members and communicate with our clients, using our proven methodology and high-quality standards. They also have strong technical writing backgrounds, composing technical information into clear, concise, print/PDF documentation and Online Help content for both technical and non-technical audiences, fluently using tools such as Adobe FrameMaker & Acrobat Professional and Microsoft Word, with working knowledge of RoboHelp, MadCap Flare and DITA/XML authoring tools. The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

Technical Illustrators - Colorado Springs, CO, Durham, NC and Brookfield, WI
InfoPros is seeking Technical Illustrators to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical illustration background, developing a variety of graphic types to support operation, maintenance, repair and user/installation manuals for a wide variety of industrial and consumer products. The candidates will have experience creating product illustrations, working with mechanical/engineering drawings and modifying existing graphics. In addition, ideal candidates will have considerable experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and Acrobat. Previous experience working with layout and graphic design is a plus.
Technical Writers - Colorado Springs, CO, Durham, NC and Brookfield, WI
InfoPros has several openings for Technical Writers. Ideal candidates will have strong technical writing backgrounds, composing technical information into clear, concise, print/PDF documentation and online help content for both technical and non-technical audiences. The candidates will have experience creating a broad range of technical publications for both hardware and software, including system user and admin guides, operations and maintenance manuals, online help systems, training manuals and other related documentation. Ideal candidates also will have considerable experience with such tools as Adobe FrameMaker, Acrobat Professional and MS Word. Working knowledge of RoboHelp, MadCap Flare and XML authoring tools is a plus.
