ASI Selects InfoPros for User Guide Documentation

InfoPros announces that Administrative Systems Inc. (ASI), the leading online provider of secure automated disbursements, tax reporting and complex document production for the nation’s largest banks, trusts and pension funds, has selected InfoPros to create end-user documentation for its software applications.  ASI is relying on InfoPros to use its expertise to create documentation that will be accessible in both printed and online formats as well as be easy to update as future enhancements are added to the software.  As it does with many of its clients, InfoPros will actually “learn” the application, then, working with ASI’s subject matter experts (SMEs), develop the end-user documentation.  This approach minimizes the time commitment required of ASI’s SMEs and allows InfoPros to make changes and add new features working from the developers’ application test environment.
