Agilence will rely on InfoPros to create a manual that allows users to pick up and use the software with or without training. InfoPros will update and elevate the content to best practice standards improving the usability and effectiveness of the documentation. The installation manual is vital to Agilence’s business model of outsourcing software installation to service partners. The manual needs to help Agilence’s business partners to quickly, easily and properly install the software. InfoPros will create a new manual with step-by-step instruction on how to program, install and troubleshoot the system. Up to this point, Agilence has completed documentation in-house.
