Reynolds American Selects InfoPros for Compliant Process Documentation

Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Companies, owned by Reynolds American, has selected InfoPros to review, update and write process documentation for its manufacturing facilities.  InfoPros will validate existing process documentation and identify and document any new processes created by changing compliance requirements.  In the process, InfoPros will conduct subject matter expert interviews and create templates and new formatting to bring consistent and professional presentation across all documents.  The resulting documentation will be ISO 9001:2008 compliant and adhere to the FDA compliance requirements of 21CFR110, plus any subsequent applicable FDA regulations that may be issued.
