The California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) needed to develop an online training course for hundreds of statewide health care facilities and their designated agents. OSHPD chose InfoPros to develop a cost-effective and accessible training solution that would help users learn how to use a mandated and sophisticated data tracking system.
InfoPros
designed and developed an attractive, easy-to-use Web-based Training (WBT)
product to meet the learning objectives. Background and conceptual information
set the training context, while step-by-step instructions and screen samples
guide users through performing specific tasks. The WBT's modular structure
allows users the flexibility to complete all or part of the training,
at one time or in multiple sessions. Optional quizzes reinforce learning
objectives in a stress-free atmosphere.
This basic and successful training solution is meeting the needs of hundreds of users statewide. The training is accessible, easy to use, and requires no plug ins.
"On behalf of the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, it was a pleasure to work with InfoPros. They designed and created a "Computer-based Training" product to assist users with our MIRCal application. While working with their staff we determined that they were very professional, organized, knowledgeable, and well equipped with IT skills. Additionally, they set and met realistic goals and time frames. Users have provided much positive feedback regarding this product and we would certainly choose to do business with them in the future if the opportunity presents itself."
